Yonatan Chemla, Ph.D.
Synthetic biologist and biomolecular engineer working on mRNA design, hyperspectral genetic reporters, and engineered microorganisms for environmental and human health. The Chemla Lab is a new lab in the Department of Bioengineering at UC Santa Barbara. Currently a Research Scientist (postdoctoral) in the Voigt Lab at MIT, Department of Biological Engineering; NIH K99 Pathway-to-Independence Awardee and HFSP Postdoctoral Fellow.
